The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our high-performing team.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you will lead on-site landscape construction activities, driving productivity, safety and quality outcomes across projects. You'll build strong relationships with crews, subcontractors and stakeholders while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape construction works on site
• Drive project delivery to programme and specification requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Monitor construction progress and productivity
• Champion a strong safety culture and Zero Harm approach
• Ensure quality, environmental and compliance standards are achieved
• Motivate and develop teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes

About You

You'll bring:

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction
• Extensive landscaping or civil landscaping experience
• Proven supervisory or site leadership experience
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• A commitment to safety, quality and environmental excellence
• The drive to deliver value-for-money outcomes and meet project timelines

Desirable:

• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision
