BMD Infrastructure Services is a specialist contractor delivering high-quality civil engineering and infrastructure solutions across the UK. With a strong and growing presence in the Midlands, we support projects across key sectors including highways, ports, aviation, energy, water, and defence, combining technical excellence with a collaborative and solutions-driven delivery model.
BMD represents an exciting new entrant to the UK civil engineering market, bringing a fresh perspective underpinned by decades of international delivery expertise.
As part of the wider BMD Group — a well-established infrastructure and construction business with a proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale projects, our expansion into the UK marks a significant phase of growth and opportunity. The Midlands plays a central role in this strategy, positioning us at the heart of the UK’s evolving infrastructure pipeline.
For candidates, this creates a unique opportunity to join a business at an early stage of its UK journey. You’ll play a key role in building something from the ground up — helping to shape processes, influence strategic direction, and contribute directly to establishing BMD as a trusted delivery partner across the region.
Unlike more traditional contractors, BMD offers the agility, energy, and entrepreneurial mindset of a scaling business, combined with the strength, stability, and backing of an experienced international group. This provides genuine opportunities for progression, increased visibility, and meaningful impact — often harder to find within more established organisations.
